INVOICE TO BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE WORKSHOP.
The workshop delivered may alter from the workshop advertised or agreed. We will always try and inform you of any changes. The workshop leader delivering the workshop is also subject to change.
Cancellations of the workshop after 7 days of receiving confirmation of the booking will incur a £30 administration fee, plus the cost of any booked accommodation which cannot be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of the date of the workshop will be charged at the full invoice amount. Cancellations where the school has had to be closed due to COVID-19, or the government/local council has put restrictions in place that mean that the workshop can no longer proceed due to COVID-19, will not incur any charges.The cost of replacing any equipment damaged by the school’s students or staff may be invoiced to the school, plus an administration fee of £30 – the school accepts full responsibility for the care of Historic Workshop’s equipment whilst on the school’s premises. These terms are automatically accepted by the school upon booking (unless otherwise stated in writing) within a seven-day cooling-off period (from the date that the confirmation of the booking was received).
